It happens quite often that 3rd party services (e.g. apps, exchanges) uses smart contracts to send/withdraw funds. If it's the case - funds are lost. Check ETH explorer for your txid if it was smartcontract transfer or not.

okika: Go3zz, As I already wrote to you in PM: Yobit uses different smart contract for LOOM, it's the old contract. Sending LOOM under the new contract that all other exchanges use (I think) will cause loss of the token! And nobody can revert it as we are all humans, not God.

This is how it happened.
